Microsoft has announced Windows 8 release date is October 26, 2012.
So it tells the Microsoft is trying to launch Windows 8 before the Christmas Vacation. The announcement of the release date came during the main keynote at Microsoft's Worldwide Partner Conference 2012. Windows chief marketing officer Tami Reller says that Windows 8 will be in stores on late October and RTM (RTM means release to manufacturing) on early Augest 2012. After this Windows President Mr. Sinofsky revealed the official date of release at Microsoft Annual Sales Meeting. "For enterprise customers with Software Assurance benefits, they will have full access to Windows 8 bits as early as August," added Windows head honcho Brendon LeBlanc in a blog post after the announcement.
The Windows 8 operating
system will be available in all of the Online/Offline Stores as a downloadable content
or as portable disc, but we have to wait a little more for purchasing directly
from store. The Microsoft offer three versions for Windows 8, two available for
Intel PCs and one for ARM tablets (tabs similar to Microsoft Surface). The new Windows
8 is supports both desktop interface and new Touch Friendly UI.
Microsoft will
offer Windows 8 upgrades for just $39.99 (around £25) for anyone using an
existing product. The offer will be open until January 31 and after that the OS
will cost a higher price. The next price we expect will be upto $69.99!!!!!!
